Meet The team

Elena Bustillos

Our family relocated to the beautiful White Mountains in the spring of 2003 when my husband Gabriel accepted a position as an ultrasound technician at Navapache Regional Medical Center (now Summit Health Care). We are thankful we were able to raise our kids in this tight-knit community and we embraced all the natural beauty and activities that our mountains have to offer. My husband and I both felt it was important to give back to our community by volunteering for several years in AYSO and Girl Scouts and my husband is still involved with our local high school soccer teams.

In 2006 I obtained my real estate license and have been an active Realtor, initially part time but transitioned into full time as our children grew. Most recently I was introduced to the senior care living community because of an unexpected event that happened in our family. Based on my experience navigating through that whole process alone I realized there was a deep need in the White Mountains for a more personalized approach to help families know all their options when additional levels of care are needed. I am now a certified Senior Transition Specialist and I look forward to being that trusted guide for my community members when and if living at home is no longer an option.

Kellie Olmstead

I am a 45- year resident of Arizona. I attended grade school and high school, then

graduated from Northern Arizona University. I have three grown children from my wonderful years in Flagstaff.

Normally, one would start their career directly after college, but my story ended

differently. I gave birth to my second child directly after NAU. Unfortunately, she was born with a severe handicap that left her needing full-time care for the rest of her life. This was my first introduction to the need-based healthcare system. My daughter did end up getting her needs met through various sources, which enabled me to work as Realtor, loan officer and of course the most important title: Mom. I have lived in the White Mountains of Northeastern Arizona for 11years with my husband who works for the USFS as a wildland fire fighter. I truly enjoy the beauty of the area and all it has to offer.

Once again, I have had to navigate the complicated world of health-based needs for my adult nephew who has Muscular Dystrophy. I have been helping him find the resources he needs to thrive.

Using the experiences I have gained helping both my daughter and nephew, I intend to use my natural compassion for those who need help. The uncertainty is almost always scary and confusing. My goal is to help others get through similar situations as seamlessly as possible with the understanding of how they feel.
